I can't wait to start camping!

Postby Family Campers » Sat Apr 14, 2007 6:43 pm

Hello everyone :o

I'm Nicole, (31 years old), married to Clint and we have 3 kids. Jeremy 8, Hollie 6, and Callum 5. We live in Melbourne and are just getting into camping. :+

We haven't purchased any equipment yet but will be soon. We hope to go on our first 'camp' by the end of the year

ATM we are looking at all the fantastic stuff that is available and making our wish lists! If buying the stuff is so much fun, I can only imagine the actual feeling of camping is :+

Nice to meet you all.

First comes the camping gear, then the camping guides then the 4 wheel drive.
Don't worry it's a great trip

Thanks for the welcome.

I don't think DH will agree on the 4WD- although I can't see all the camping gear fitting in a our Magna sedan ::()

Loving it already.....

Camping is in my brain and I have wanted to do it for so long now! and now the kids are getting older it is getting more realistic! lol

Just hope Cameron's fear of dirt doesn't get in the way

Hi Nicole and welcome.

I had a chuckle when I saw this.... we have a Magna sedan too. DH has arranged to borrow a friend's 4WD (that he conveniently wants us to buy from him... :? ) for this weekend for our first ever camping trip.

I think BlueBravo has got it right....

Cheers,
Jodie
