Nice place for 4wding near Jimna QLD, $WD and 2wd access, no motorbikes. Dogs welcome.

Black Duck Valley near Gatton QLD, 4wd and 2wd access, motorbikes galore!

The springs 4x4 park, near Warwick. never been here but it looks promising. Real toilets and shoers for the missus too!

Other worthy drives are:
Brisbane to Boonah, up to Queen Mary Falls via the Condamine Gorge road, Lunch or coffee at the springs cafe at the top of the range, through killarney on to Warwick, then home via Cunninghams gap. $wd recommended. Althoug there are there are alternate routes.

Out through the Gap on Waterworks road, following to Nebo Rd to Mt Nebo, good coffee stop here. Continue to Mt Glorious, lunch or coffee stop. Also nice place for a picnic at Miala picnic grounds. Folow the mountain over the range to Wivenhoe dam and Fernvale, Return via Ipswich. There are plenty of lookouts on the trip, and Coffee stops. The return can be made from Mt glorious via Samford as an alternate route, following the very winding road down the valley to Samford. TAKE CARE ON THIS ROAD. A warning should be made at this point for motor bikes and the local law enforcement, as both like to frequent these roads on weekends.
Hope this helps.
I'll post some more ideas later!
Cheers
Chippy
