firstly hi all, I am an avid 4wder that has been camping for some time. over the last 18 months this has changed from two mates roughing it to two families with kids.
Said enjoys his cooking but now I have to admit Camp cooking is starting to become a bit of an unofficial compeetition so I thought I would sneak over here and steal some cooking ideas.
first Q; I found a good recipe for roast pork that says to use cast iron dutch oven. would this be the same as using a camp oven?
second Q: any good/different ideas for camp cooking? I have a frying pan (but no lid) and a big Wok ideal for the camp fire, I am just about to get a camp oven.
4wder with a young family.
I am quickly learning I need lots more storage when camping with a tribe.
